Evolve Maximus Pte Ltd (EM, formerly known as “e-volves.net”) was founded in 1999. The establishment of EM was in recognition of the need for a specialised institution to further promote the development of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), corporations and other institutions in all sectors through the provision of
corporate finance, strategy and management
expertise.

EM has an excellent track record in credit and business advisory solutions for SMEs

financial institutions and large corporations,
particularly for those with exposure to SME
clients. This is achieved through the use of its proprietary, internationally-applied methodology and tools using the region’s first artificial intelligence (AI) business and financial applications called the Knowledge and Intelligence Management (KiM) series.

curriculum/educational programmes and undertakes the
